Essentially, esprit is what we stand for in life and is the trigger for much of the rational and irrational thinking that leads to our behavior. If, for example, we are prejudiced against certain types of people, we will initiate certain behaviors in the vicinity of these people or when others mention them. The outward manifestation of esprit that customers like most is integrity.
