What should evaluators know and understand to be successful in very specialized situations?
The literature reviews we conducted then would be best characterized as disappointing and that would be a serious overstatement. The chapters show a different and emerging picture that represents vast change over the decade. The needs for evaluation, research into evaluation, and research into the nature of science and technology education programs seem unlimited and huge. 18 Evaluation of Science and Technology Education It is easy to demonstrate this point.
